Lafarge Holcim is looking to optimize its Oggaz plant by making recurrent investments in the site’s infrastructure. To successfully carry out these projects, the plant’s management needs to have an overall view of the investments and actions to be taken. They have sought the technical support of B4 Design & Engineering to create a master plan for the site’s development and develop a multi-year investment program.
