As part of the development of the eastern region of the Yangon Metropolitan Area, NPC has commissioned the architectural firm Spiral and B4 Design & Engineering to study a concept for a mixed-use district that combines industrial development, offices, and housing. They have also provided technical assistance during the project approval phase by the authorities.
