The GFS Pikine Eco-District is a project initiated by AMSA REALTY to contribute to the urban development of the capital of the country. It is a mixed-use district that combines offices, housing, businesses, and services. The Architecture Studio architecture firm commissioned B4 Design & Engineering to conduct diagnostic and feasibility studies for this project.
