Project
The project aims to upgrade the existing site’s infrastructure and expand the Logistics & E-commerce capacity of the EDA site in Bellignat. GBI commissioned B4 Design & Engineering to carry out detailed studies of roads, networks, and earthworks/grading.
Scope of Reflection
35,000m² / Building floor area: 7,500m² of new building construction & 450m² of building rehabilitation.

- Study of roadways including road geometry and suitable pavement structures
- Estimated quantities with a detailed price list detailing VRD operations by zone and by phase.
